ABOUT US

Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) is an independent international organization that engages, builds, and amplifies an international community of young, dynamic, diverse leaders from all sectors of international affairs to accelerate their impact on global challenges.

Earth From Space

Since its inception in 2004, YPFP has forged an international community of over 20,000 professionals from 80 countries who are passionate about working together to produce innovative solutions. Currently, there are branches in Brussels, DC, London, New York, Tokyo, and the Global Branch, which encompasses regions globally. Members do not have to reside in those cities to participate.

WHY YPFP

Expanding members' professional networks through a diverse global community of young professionals.
Increasing members' knowledge of foreign policy through engaging events and peer-led discussions.
Strengthening the leadership skills of YPFP volunteers and members.
Elevating young professionals' voices in the field of foreign policy.

YPFP knows that building a better tomorrow starts with the young leaders today, equipping them with skills and networks to forge new solutions to critical problems. YPFP’s programming and events are just one of the ways we unite and offer our members with tools to address our challenging international climate.
